West Bay, Dorset - A Fantastic Coastal Harbour and home to Broadchurch.
West Bay has a small harbour suitable for pleasure crafts and fishing boats, with large stretches of shingle beaches either side. Serviced by local amenities, shops, pubs and restaurants.
It is also the location for the filiming of the ITV TV series Broadchurch.

Places to Eat & Drink
As you would expect from a coastal location there is a wide selection of places to eat and some which specialise in fresh seafood.
Two-level waterside restaurant with picture windows, serving fish and shellfish from local waters.
The Watch House. Charming cafe with a decked beach terrace for breakfast, fresh fish and wood-fired pizza.
The George at WestBay. It has been a hotel since the turn of 19th century, a public and lounge bar and a fifty cover restaurant. The George also boasts a riverside terrace garden with beautiful views across the harbour and river.
The Bridport Arms. Amenities include a seafood restaurant, a bar with fireplaces, and a garden terrace, plus a lounge.
Fishing trips are available in the summer, including deep sea fishing. Boats can also be hired to row up the River Brit towards Bridport. The Bridport and West Dorset Golf Club, situated on top of the east cliff, has a full 18-hole course.
