Do you have free Wi-Fi?Yes, we have free high speed wi-fi for your use during your stay.

Is smoking allow?Smoking in not permitted inside or directly outside of the cottages.

Is there a welcome pack?Yes, we provide a welcome pack for all of our guests, which includes a pint of milk, tea, coffee, sugar, a pack of locally made biscuits, bread and preserves etc.

Can I bring my dog?We accept one well behaved dog in our Cottages. We have a pet fee of £30 per stay.

Do you allow children at the cottages?Unfortunately, we do not accept children in Greenwood or Pydelspring Cottages, these are designed for couples only. We accept 2 children at Joan's Cottage.

Is the cottage centrally heated?Yes, there is central heating in the cottage.

What type of television do you have?The cottages have a 40" flat screen smart tv. We receive all the usual channels plus extra Freesat channels and you can also watch catchup TV, using BBC iPlayer etc. There is also a blueray and dvd player.

Is there a hair dryer?Yes there is a hair dryer in the bedroom.

Is there off road parking?Yes, each cottage has its own parking space.

Do you use a housekeeper or do you expect guests to clean the cottage for the next arrivals?We use a very good housekeeper to ensure that the cottage is extremely clean and ready for your arrival. We treat every guest as our first. We are extremely conscious of the fact that this is a holiday for you and we want you to enjoy it from the start. We do ask guests to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy way and treat is as if it were their own.

Are towels and bedding provided?Yes, we make up the bed for your arrival and there will be a hand towel and bath towel for each guest as well as a shower mat.

How do I book and see your prices?To book one of our cottages, go to the Availability page on this website and select the dates highlighted in bold. You will then be able to start the booking process by selecting the number of nights, which will show you our prices, you will then be asked to complete your details to make the booking.

Do you take cheques?All of our booking is completed online. You may pay by credit or debit card but unfortunately we do not accept cheques or cash.

Is there a deposit when making the booking?Yes, we take a 25% deposit when making your booking unless the arrival dates is less than 6 weeks away, in which case we ask for the full amount.

When we will have to pay the remaining balance?The remaining balance is requested 6 weeks before your arrival date.

Is there a breakage and good housekeeping Deposit?Yes, we take a £100 breakage and good housekeeping deposit, which will be returned once the cottage has been checked after your departure.

What is your checkin day?We are very flexible outside of the main season and it is possible to checkin on anyday as long as your stay is for three nights or longer.

What is the minimum of nights that I can book?Our minimum stay is three nights.

What is the check in and departure times?The check in time for Greenwood and Pydelspring Cottages are 3pm with a check out time is 10am on your day of departure.

How far from the coast are you?As the crow flies the cottages are only 1 mile from the coast. Views of the beautiful Jurassic Coast can be seen from Langdon Hill which is only a 10-15 minutes walk from the cottages. Don't forget your camera!

Is Public Transport easily accessible?Yes, frequent buses run close to the cottages, taking you all the way along the coast and to near by towns, such as Lyme Regis and Bridport.

What towns are close?The market town of Bridport and Lyme Regis are very close to the cottages. Bridport is under a 10 minute drive and Lyme Regis isjust over 10 minutes away by car. Bridport has a host of supermarkets, independent shops, cafes and bars. Don't miss out on market days (Saturday and Wednesday), stalls line the street in every direction.

Before I book I would like to know what is your policy on coronavirus is if I am unable to travel due to government restrictions?If the coronavirus pandemic continues and the UK government restricts travel and holiday lets from opening we will either: 1) Provide a 100% credit voucher for you to use on your next stay, or 2) Provide a full refund minus 2% to cover the credit card commission charge.

Have you put any special cleaning measures in place due to the coronavirus?We follow the Professional Association of Self-Caterers protocols, this includes but is not limited to, a thorough clean as would normally takes place but with additional safety measures. This includes cleaners wearing disposable gloves, aprons and face masks, wiping all touchable surfaces with antibacterial products, crockery, utensils etc. rewashed in the dishwasher, all floors and soft furnishings cleaned with antibacterial products or steam cleaned. All bedding, towels, mattress and pillow protectors are washed on a high temperature setting.
