We accept one well behaved dog in our Cottages. We have a pet fee of £30 per stay.
Unfortunately, we do not accept children in Greenwood or Pydelspring Cottages, these are designed for couples only. We accept 2 children at Joan's Cottage.

The cottages have a 40" flat screen smart tv. We receive all the usual channels plus extra Freesat channels and you can also watch catchup TV, using BBC iPlayer etc. There is also a blueray and dvd player.

Yes, each cottage has its own parking space.
We use a very good housekeeper to ensure that the cottage is extremely clean and ready for your arrival. We treat every guest as our first. We are extremely conscious of the fact that this is a holiday for you and we want you to enjoy it from the start.
We do ask guests to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy way and treat is as if it were their own.
Yes, we make up the bed for your arrival and there will be a hand towel and bath towel for each guest as well as a shower mat.
